The Amish use a lot of homemade products. Dish soap is no exception. If you are looking for a recipe that will get rid of grease, sanitize and make your kitchen smell amazing, this one is for you.
2 TBS Washing Soda
2 TBS Lemon
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Cup Liquid Castile Soap
2 Cups Hot Water
Combine all the ingredients and make sure to mix properly until smooth. Let cool properly before you begin to use. Feel free to add essential oils to give it the fragrance you want. However, the liquid castile soap may already be scented too.
